Refund Policy

LOCKED IN stands behind every formula we ship. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Read the terms below — they apply to all purchases made through thelockedinbrand.com.

The Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or replacement. Requests submitted after this window cannot be honored.

What Qualifies for a Refund

  • Unopened, unused product in original packaging — full refund of the product cost.
  • Damaged in transit — we'll replace it at no charge. Photo of the damage required.
  • Wrong item shipped — we'll send the correct product and cover return shipping on the incorrect item.
  • Defective product (broken pump, leaking bottle, compromised seal) — replacement or refund at your choice.

Tactical Trial Guarantee

If you've tried a product for the first time and it's not working for you, contact us within your 30-day window. First-time customers may request a one-time refund on a single opened bottle. This guarantee applies to first-time buyers only and covers one product per customer lifetime.

What Doesn't Qualify

  • Opened or used product outside of the Tactical Trial Guarantee above.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized resellers — refunds must be requested from the original point of purchase.
  • Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
  • Bundles where individual items have been opened — bundles must be returned complete and unopened.
  • Products marked FINAL SALE or purchased during clearance events.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email thelockedinbrand@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  3. We'll review within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri) and respond with either a return shipping label or refund confirmation.
  4. Do not ship anything back until you've received written authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item (or immediately, if no return is required). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit, defective). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be modified, paused, or cancelled at any time through your customer account portal. Charges processed before a cancellation request was submitted are not eligible for refund, but the unshipped product can be returned for a refund per the terms above.

To cancel: log into your account → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel. Or email thelockedinbrand@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, request a refund per the terms above and place a new order for the product you want.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing time varies.
  3. Contact your bank — there's often delay before a refund is officially posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact thelockedinbrand@gmail.com.
