Shipping

LOCKED IN ships every order via UPS 3 Day Select. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day ship the same day. Read the terms below for cutoffs, carrier details, tracking, and what happens if something goes sideways in transit.

Processing & Cutoff

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri): shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST: shipped the next business day.
  • Orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on a federal holiday: shipped the next business day.

Federal holidays observed: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Shipping Method

All domestic orders ship via UPS 3 Day Select. Estimated delivery is 3 business days from the ship date, not the order date. Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by UPS.

Example: Order placed Monday 10 AM EST → ships Monday → delivered by Thursday. Order placed Friday 2 PM EST → ships following Monday → delivered by Thursday.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You'll receive two emails after placing an order:

  1. Order confirmation — immediately, confirming we received the order.
  2. Shipping confirmation — once your order leaves our facility, with the UPS tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to populate in UPS's system after shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Promotional shipping offers and free shipping thresholds, when active, are applied automatically.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the 50 United States only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time. International shipping is in development — sign up for updates at thelockedinbrand.com.

P.O. Boxes

UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical street address at checkout. Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses will be held until a valid street address is provided, which may delay delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Address changes can be made by emailing thelockedinbrand@gmail.com before the order ships. Once a tracking number is generated, addresses cannot be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LOCKED IN is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by UPS but reported missing by the recipient. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else who may have accepted the package.
  2. Wait 24 hours — UPS occasionally marks packages delivered before they're physically dropped.
  3. File a claim directly with UPS at ups.com/claims.
  4. Email thelockedinbrand@gmail.com if you need documentation to support your claim.

For packages confirmed lost by UPS during transit (never marked delivered), we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email thelockedinbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Once a package leaves our facility, it's in UPS's custody. We cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by:

  • Weather events (hurricanes, snowstorms, floods)
  • UPS service disruptions or strikes
  • Customs delays (when applicable)
  • Peak shipping seasons (Black Friday through Christmas)
  • Natural disasters or other force majeure events

We monitor known disruptions and will reach out if your order is materially impacted.

Order Modifications

Orders can be modified or cancelled before they ship. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, the order is locked and cannot be changed. To request a modification, email thelockedinbrand@gmail.com with your order number as quickly as possible — same-day cutoff is tight, so urgent changes should be flagged immediately.
